I'm Mike Singer, the founder & developer of Snappy Checkout. I'm here to help if you have any questions that are not covered below. Feel free to email me anytime.
Which currencies does Snappy Checkout support?Snappy Checkout is able to collect payments in the following currencies: AED, AUD, CAD, DKK, EUR, GBP, USD, and ZAR.
If collecting payments via Stripe, you'll need a bank account in the country where your currency applies. For example, if you're collecting payments in CAD, you'll need to have a bank account in Canada. Otherwise, Stripe will charge an additional 2% fee to convert the currency from CAD to the currency in the country where your bank is located.
Note: If you're collecting payments in multiple currencies and you have a bank in each country, you'll need to log into your Stripe dashboard and add a bank account for each currency in the "Account settings" --> "Transfers" section.
Which countries can I accept payments from?Your customers can purchase your products from any country — as long as their bank allows international transactions. When paying from other countries, your customers may incur a “foreign transaction” fee for your business being based in another country. That all depends on the policies of their bank though.
